These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GymFridge’s website and services. By using GymFridge, you agree to these Terms.

1) What GymFridge provides

GymFridge is a platform offering macro-friendly food products, including high-protein desserts, clean meals, and related food items. Depending on your order and location, products may be:

• Delivered to your address, or

• Available for pickup from GymFridge grab-and-go stations inside gyms or partner locations.

  
  

2) Product availability and substitutions

Product availability may change at any time. If an item is out of stock, we may remove it from the catalog or offer a substitute where appropriate. Some items are made in limited drops or small batches and may sell out quickly.

3) Delivery and pickup windows

Delivery and pickup availability may vary by product, vendor, location, and day of the week. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4) Partner vendors

Some orders may be fulfilled by GymFridge directly, while others may be fulfilled by approved third-party vendors. We may share limited order details with vendors in order to complete fulfillment.

5) Food safety and storage

Many GymFridge items are refrigerated or perishable. After delivery or pickup, you are responsible for handling and storing products safely according to any instructions provided on packaging or on the website. GymFridge is not responsible for product quality if items are left unrefrigerated after delivery or pickup.

6) Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Your final total may include taxes, service fees, and delivery fees when applicable.

7) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information

• Review your order before completing checkout

• Contact us promptly if there is an issue with an order

• Use the website in a lawful manner and not abuse the service

8) Account and communications

If you provide your email or phone number, you may receive transactional communications such as receipts, delivery updates, and support messages. You may opt out of marketing messages if and when we offer them.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymFridge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our service or from delays beyond our control.
