Because GymFridge sells perishable food items, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns.



When we will help


If your order arrives with an issue, we want to make it right. You may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or replacement if:


  • Your order is missing items

  • Items arrive damaged

  • Items arrive unsafe to consume

  • The wrong items were delivered




Time window to report issues


You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.



What to include


To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us:


  • Your name and order details

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging (when applicable)




What is not eligible


Refunds may not be issued for:


  • Preference-based reasons (taste, texture, personal expectations)

  • Orders reported after the 24-hour window

  • Items that were left unattended or unrefrigerated for an extended period after delivery/pickup

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer




Refund method


Approved refunds are typically sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
